About AlterNatives
AlterNatives is a nonprofit program formed to support social programs to empower indigenous peoples being displaced from their traditional economies by globalization and climate change. The program supports the work of the Highland Support Project, a 501(c)(3) corporations established to provide transformational development services to small community groups.
AlterNatives is managed by the Common Good Trust. The Trust offers investment opportunities to North Americans individuals, churches and agencies. These investments are used to further the development of a liberation economy.
